in this build, I will use Sniper class combine with Infiltrator Class and use a sniper rifle as your main weapon. This is another version of the sniper accuracy build, but instead of focusing on accuracy, I’m going to focus on stealthiness and hitting the enemy while undetected.
Sniper Class
With Sniper class you can be proficient with a sniper rifle and utilize quick aim ability, also take the benefit of Master marksman to increase your accuracy.
| Quick Aim | With quick aim ability, you can reduce the action point cost of the next shot by 1 when using a proficient weapon. with 3 will point cost, you can perform a sniper attack using 2 AP. So with 6 will points to spend in every turn you can do 2 times sniper attacks on the enemy. |
| Master marksman | Next is Master marksman’s passive ability, which can increase weapon accuracy up to 30% while there are no spotted enemies within 10 tiles, make sure to keep your distance from the enemy, so you can aim more precisely on the battlefield. You will see an icon above the soldier when the ability is activated. |
Infiltrator Class
For a multiclass soldier, we can choose infiltrator class so we can perform Spider drone pack, Vanish and Sneak attack ability.
| Spider Drone Pack | With Spider-Drone pack you can deploy up to 3 spider drones with one action. We can use this tool to spot and distract the enemy during battle. |
| Vanish | Next is Active ability Vanish make the soldier move within 5 tiles and dissapear from view for the next turn, very useful ability to make you disappear instantly from the enemy’s sight. |
| Sneak Attack | Another one is the most powerful passive ability from infiltrator class is Sneak attack, it can increase the damage up to 50% while undetected. Can be easily activated after using Vanish ability before making an attack. |
Body Augmentation & Mutation
To maximize your stealthiness we can use Echo Head Augmentation, Infiltrator Body Armor, and Shadow Legs mutation
| Echo Head | With Echo Head Augmentation can make your weapon attack silent also gives you +10% stealth |
| Synedrion Infiltrator Body Armor | Next with Synedrion Infiltrator Body Armor will grant you +20% stealth |
| Shadow Legs | Another one is with Shadow Legs mutation will gives you up to 30% more stealth to the soldier |
Weapon
For weapon we can use the sniper that has long shooting range such as

| Arachni SP I | Don’t forget to bring a Synedrion Spider Drone pistol, Arachni SP I. so you can deploy the spider drones to spot and distract the enemy during the mission |
How it Works
The way this build works, basically you need to deploy the spider drone to detect enemy’s location then use your sniper rifle to hit the enemy while undetected. The key point for this build is to make sure you are always undetected during missions. In order to do that you need to deploy a lot of drones and make sure to place it in strategic locations to distract the enemy away, from your location.
Soldier Perks
There are additional traits that can support these builds and make them stronger on the battlefield, so make sure to recruit soldiers who have special traits that can support these builds, especially to increase their stealthiness.
| Thieft | With Thieft perk you can increase up to 25% bonus stealth and +1 speed |
| Farsighted | Next with Farsighted perk, you can grand an Additional +2 to willpower and 10 perception |
| Sniperist | Another one is Sniperist, you will Gain sniper rifle proficiency with +25% damage and -4 willpower |
In total, if all soldiers have this requirement, you will have at least 85% stealth in every soldier. You can apply this build to all of your soldiers the more the better
