The frost effect is really powerful that can hit enemy around freezing mist area. So lets get started
This weapon can be found at Temple Quarter, in the chest located inside a ruined building.
Location
To get there instantly you can go through the side of the stormveil castle, follow the path until you arrive at Liurnia of the Lakes, continue your journey ahead until you arive at Laskyar Ruins and use the waygate to transport you to the entrance of the Raya Lucaria Academy.
From there jump onto the platform then look for a ruined building in front of you to get Icerind Hatchet weapon in the chest.
Weapon Requirements
It should be noted to use this weapon you must have at least 11 strength and 16 dexterity, so you can perform the Hoarfrost Stomp skill with this weapon.
