The TAC 50 is the highest ranged sniper in its class, very powerful and offers a lot of weapon customization, a very good weapon to get early in the game.
This blueprint can be found in a chest inside the building at Maunga Nui Port, Sunken Clipper Bay area, since there are a lot of enemies in the area, go stealthily is the best method.
Once you arrived at the location, swim to reach the main port undetected, then go to the second floor of the building to collect the blueprints, now you can head to the shop and craft the Tac50 sniper rifle weapon
