Golden Seed is an Upgrade Material in the Elden Ring. This is a very special item that allows you to upgrade the number of Crimson and Cerulean Flask Uses. You need total of 30 Golden Seeds to get a maximum of 14 Flasks. Here is a list of locations where you can get it, will update as i progress through the game

Liurnia Of The Lakes 1
Can be found on the ground West of the Raya Lucaria Academy’s courtyard
Liurnia Of The Lakes 2
Found under a Phantom Tree in the manor’s upper level.

Found beside poison Pods

Follow the main road and climb up a small hill

Can be found in Siofra River
Capital Outskirts
Two can Golden seeds can be found under the Phantom Tree in the northwestern outer wall section.

One can be found underneath a Phantom Tree.
