Somber Smithing Stone are Upgrade Materials in the Elden Ring, which are used to upgrade unique Weapons and Shields. Every time you upgrade your weapon, the more powerful it becomes. and it takes up to 10 Somber Smithing Stones to get maximum upgrade.
However It’s impossible to get +10 weapons without completing a few dungeons and continuing the main story, but you can get at least up to +6 upgrade. In this video I’ll show you how you can upgrade your weapon up to +6 right at the start of the game just through exploration and avoiding enemies along the way.
